Delivery & Assembly Terms

Deliveries Only (Third Party delivery services)

  • UK Mainland deliveries only (England, Scotland & Wales) (Mon – Fri, Bank Holidays excluded - Between 7.00AM & 6.00PM)
  • We do not delivery to Ireland, Shetland Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or to the Channel Islands.
  • Hold no responsibility for delayed deliveries (outside of our control) – Please contact us for info.
  • No compensation for delayed deliveries up to as sometimes the circumstances are outside of our control.
  • Delivery up to curb side (front door) unless additional services have been ordered (install/assembly)
  • Desk orders 7-10 days, Chairs/stools/accessories 3-5 days from date of delivery confirmation email.
  • Orders can be despatched to an alternative address but please make sure you specify that when placing the order.
  • Delivery point: When receiving and signing for your order/items, please check for damage to the items and/or packaging before signing for them as “received in good condition”.
  • Damages may occur from time to time, if you receive a damage item, Inform the carriers driver, or install team and sign for the items as Received unchecked or received damaged and
  • contact us with a brief description of the damage/issue and attached photos of the item and packaging. (Links to returns/refunds policy)
  • You have the right to refuse delivery of the item or order if is clearly damaged.
  • Collection is available, but strict health & safety procedures must be followed (Please contact us to find out more information).
  • The order will be delivered to an address specified by you. This may differ from the invoice address, allowing you to request delivery to your office or to a friend.

Deliveries and Assembly/Install

  • We do not delivery to Ireland, Shetland Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or to the Channel Islands.
  • Desk orders 7-10 from date of delivery confirmation email.
  • Our specialist delivery partner and install team will contact you to arrange a date and give you a 4-hour delivery slot that your order should arrive within. They will also telephone 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you are at the delivery point to receive the order so that the Installation can be completed.
  • Due to COVID-19 our install teams will follow government guidance and will use hand sanitiser regularly, wear face coverings and gloves whilst inside your premises, they will sanitise the items after the install to reduce/eliminate the spread of COVID-19 and to keep everyone safe.
  • Damages may occur from time to time, if you receive a damage item, Inform the install team and sign for the items as Received unchecked or received damaged and contact us with a brief description of the damage/issue and attached photos of the item and packaging.   • You have the right to refuse delivery of the item or order if is clearly damaged. If this happens, please contact us with information.
  • Waste materials: After the installation has been completed our install teams will take away the waste packaging and any other materials use for transportation so that we leave your premises clear and free of any waste packaging. The waste material will be taken away and recycled responsibly.

FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, and for the majority of items delivery is also free to the Highlands of Scotland.
